FINANCE COMMITTEE

Each season, 2-3 non-board members with accounting experience sit on this Board committee. Chaired by the Treasurer, the committee is responsible for monitoring income and expenses every month. The committee oversees compliance with the IRS Form 990 requirements and the filing of the annual tax returns. If you have experience in Finance, please email info@literarysoc.com.
