MEMBERSHIP AND EVENTS COMMITTEE

The M&E Committee is responsible for the retention of members, engagement of potential members, and management of the waitlist. The committee is also tasked with enriching the member experience and communicating with current members to keep them involved in ways that offer value. The committee is integral in welcoming new members to the Society and interacting with them on a continual basis.

In conjunction with the Managing Director, the committee assists in coordinating the details to ensure successful luncheon events. The committee coordinates and schedules teams of member volunteers to assist at luncheons.

Volunteers opportunities include welcoming members, assisting at the registration desk, assisting the authors, and answering members’ questions about the Literary Society. If interested in this committee or volunteering, please email info@literarysoc.com.
